Constitutional Court of Romania and an internship at the Ministry for Public
Consultation and Civic Dialogue. He is an active debater who checked
participation in various moot court competitions and other regional and
national contests and conducted projects regarding non-formal education and
youth-centered initiatives. In the future, Bogdan strives to become an advocate
for human rights and structured dialogue, providing a more efficient
interaction between citizens and state administration.

Nataliya Senchuk is a graduate of Aristotle University Law School. She has completed practice at the High Court of Administration in Ukraine and at the Pechersk District Court in Kiev. She was a team member in the International Criminal Court Competition 2014 and the ELSA WTO Law Moot Competition 2015. The following year, she coached the Faculty's team for the same competition, while she was elected best oralist at the national round held in Athens for the participation of a Greek University team at the Jessup Moot Court in Washington. Her team was qualified to take part to the finals of this competition at the end of March 2016. Her main fields of interest are International Economic Law, Public International Law, Private International and Comparative Law. She is fluent in English, French, Greek, Ukrainian and Russian and has a basic knowledge of German.
Chrysa Tramountana
I am currently an undergraduate student at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Department of Law. During my studies, I have been involved in a considerable number of conferences, seminars and simulations not only as a participant but also as member of their organizing committees. Moreover, I have participated in the Oxford Media Law moot court competition 2015 and in the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration competition 2016, where the team of Aristotle University ranked 3rd among all participating teams. Furthermore, I was serving as Director of Information and Technology in the European Law Students Association, Branch of Thessaloniki, during the academic year 2015-2016, as well as member of the academic committee and trainer of the witnesses for the first national moot court competition in Greece, under the auspices of the same Association. Last but not least, I will be having a three-month traineeship in the Permanent Representation of Greece to the EU during 2017.

I am currently finishing my LLM on International Law at the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In July 2016 I
passed the Thessaloniki Bar Exams and I am officially a lawyer. During my
18-month obligatory internship as a law trainee I worked as an assistant at the
District Attorney’s office for six months and at a law firm for another year.
During my postgraduate studies I participated as a player in two moot courts:
Price Media Law Moot Court and Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court. In Frankfurt
Investment Arbitration Moot Court the Aristotle University Team ranked 3rd. Moreover, I assisted as a coach to the Aristotle University
Team at the European Human Rights Moot Court Competition. Finally, in my free
time I volunteer in NGOs dealing with the refugee crisis.

being awarded with the 1 place, which allowed her to qualify in
the NMCC for this year. Having a particular preference and interes towards the
civil law, she was last year engaged in representing her faculty at the annual
national competion (The Law Faculties Hexagon) between six the most prestigious
law faculties all over the country. During last summer she was selected out of
one hundred applicants to carry out for six weeks an internship at one of the
top ten law firms in the country. She is also an active member of the European
Civil Law Circle Dimitre Alexandresco
in her faculty, where she recently presented her paper on the anticipated renunciation to the right of terminating the contract.

Vassiliki FASFALI
Vasiliki Fasfali is a student at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, pursuing her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). Her main fields of interest are environmental law, international law and its implementation in the national legal order, as well as issues of domestic regulation of trade. Katerina LEFTHEROUDA
Katerina
Leftherouda is a senior law student at the Aristotle University of
Thessaloniki. During her studies she has been actively engaged in a wide range
of academic and extra- curricular activities such as many conferences, seminars
and simulations. She has completed internships at the U.S. Consulate General of
Thessaloniki as a Public Affairs Intern and at the Jean Monnet Chair “New
Dimensions of European Legal Studies” of the University of Macedonia, as a

Graduated high school in
June 2011. In August 2013 I completed my 2 years of National Guard service in
Military Police. Undergraduate student of Maastricht University, the
Netherlands, in International and European Law School. On my third year of
studies I chose to do an Erasmus year abroad in Aristotle Univwersity, Faculty
of Law. As the president of my high school I participated in many international
youth events, conferences and I involved in different trainings and seminars
regarding leadership skills and communication. Alongside my studies I joined
lobby setions with NGOs under the umbrella of the European Union. On my second
year of studies I was elected as Head of Events
for the United Nations Students Association Maastricht and since 2014 I have
been working for the Marketing and Communication team for Maastricht University. Academic field of interst
: comparative constitutional law, international and european law, foreign and
security policies. Hobbies : Reading , travelling , volunteering (spent 3months

Cristina NARANJO
Master student at Erasmus University Rotterdam, specialization in Arbitration and Business Law. Her Bachelor thesis was focused on arbitration in Investment law and Public International Law. She is admitted to practice as a lawyer and as Mediator in Ecuador and focused her practice in litigation, domestic and international arbitration (commercial and investment matters) in the most important law firms in her country. Prior to join the Master in Arbitration and Business Law, she has worked as Deputy of Director of the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Quito, where she was able to develop her skills in Alternative Dispute Resolutions. Her current thesis proposal is related to the application of new methods in arbitration as on-line arbitration.
Mary Mitsi is a Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London. She teaches International Comparative Commercial Arbitration, International Commercial Transactions and Transnational Law. She holds an LLM from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University and another LLM obtained with distinction from the University of Athens. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, obtained with honours. She is a qualified lawyer and she has a working experience in the field of arbitration, competition law, EU law and energy law.

Prior to join the Master in Arbitration and Business Law, she has worked as Deputy of Director of the Center of Arbitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Quito, where she was able to develop her skills in Alternative Dispute Resolutions. Her current thesis proposal is related to the application of new methods in arbitration as on-line arbitration.
Mary Mitsi is a Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London. She teaches International Comparative Commercial Arbitration, International Commercial Transactions and Transnational Law. She holds an LLM from Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University and another LLM obtained with distinction from the University of Athens. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, obtained with honours. She is a qualified lawyer and she has a working experience in the field of arbitration, competition law, EU law and energy law.

A postgraduate student of Charles University in Prague at the study program Law and Legal Theory, the main concern is the pubic international law. At the same time a junior associate in the international law firm bpv Braun Partners with concentration on corporate law, energy law and international investment law, with working experience at Ernst & Young or Clifford Chance. In the past has been studying the law at the University of Zürich, Switzerland and financial and insurance mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Prague. Member of the Czech Bar Association, participant of some legal summer schools in Germany, seminars, workshops and conferences especially with regard to the international investment law. subject field is international investment law and methods of alternative

honorable mention award at premoot in White and Case Law Firm. Regular

Marc Noldus (Netherlands)President of the Arbitral Tribunal
Marc Noldus is a recent European Law (LL.M.) graduate from Leiden University, the Netherlands. Previously completed International and European Law (LL.B.) at Tilburg University, and academic education includes the Radzyner Law School (part of the Interdisciplinary Center) in Herzliya, Israel. Currently working at Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn (the Dutch State Advocate) in several fields, including competition law, state aid, European Union internal market law, EU fundamental rights, and corporate law. Previous legal work experience includes PwC Legal Services in Amsterdam. Participant to the national pleading competition on European Law. Published work on competition law, specifically the subject of staying national proceedings in private enforcement of competition law.

Anzhelika Kriger has obtained her degree in Law from the International Law department of Moscow State Institute of International Relations and currently she is a student of Advanced European and International Business Law program. She has won the All Russian Law Contest as a high school student in 2009 which allowed her to enter any law school of her choice in Russia. Anzhelika was a member of the Russian team that participated in the International Junior Summit J8 which followed the G8 summit in 2009. She is particularly interested in International Arbitration, Company Law, Private International Law and European Law. During her studies Anzhelika had internship in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Russia. She speaks English, Russian (native) and Spanish fluently, basic French and Dutch.

Sophia Saouridou obtained her law degree in 2011 from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is currently completing her Master in European Law at Leiden University. She has participated in the Jessup Moot Court in 2009 and the EMC2 - ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law in 2011 as member of the team representing the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, which were announced the winners of the Vilnius European round. She is also active in local public administration as she is a Council member of the Municipality of Pilaia-Hortiatis in Thessaloniki. The Ukrainian judge
Ievgen Boiarskyi
Dr. Ievgen Boiarskyi obtained his PhD in the field of private international law. He obtained his law degree in
2011 from the Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade and
currently he is an associate lawyer in a Kyiv-based law firm – Astapovlawyers ILG.
His primary field of expertise is international commercial arbitration. In 2010
and 2011 Mr. Boiarskyi participated in the P. C. Jessup Moot Court Competition
as a member of the team representing Ukrainian State University of Finance and
International Trade both on national and international rounds. Mr. Boiarskyi is taking part in the same moot court as a team coach.
